Village leadership has asked that governing documents be posted on this site so neighbors, buyers, and guests can read them without hunting.

The president of the village wants these documents available on the Chalet Village website for the public. This page is the home for those files.

Official TOWLA contacts and pavilion rules still live at topoftheworldtn.com. Posted PDFs are for convenience — recorded instruments and future amendments control if anything conflicts.

Files appear below as soon as they are placed in the site’s docs/ folder. If a card says “awaiting file,” leadership still needs to provide that PDF.

  • docs/architectural-guidelines.pdf — if separate (optional)

Or email / hand a clean scan to the person who runs this site — they will copy it into docs/ and it will show as a live download automatically.

Preferred: PDF with a clear title page, version or recorded date, and (for covenants) book & page if known.

  • Pavilion & beach at Lake in the Sky are members only — proof of current TOWLA membership required
  • Unauthorized use may involve the Blount County Sheriff
  • Vehicles/trailers only for authorized member activity; no abandoned materials without consent
  • Reserve pavilion via contacts on topoftheworldtn.com
  • Confirm your 911 address with Blount County (see emergency services page)

Documents posted here must be for Chalet Village, Tallassee / Blount County (or umbrella TOWLA bylaws for the Top of the World community). We will not publish Sevier County / Gatlinburg “Chalet Village” covenants as if they applied here — same name, different mountain.
